He began his music journey inspired by artists like Bob Dylan and the Rolling Stones, forming his first band, Atlantic Rose, in high school.
Louw's international profile rose when he collaborated with Brian May and Dave Stewart on the track "Amandla" for the 46664 Aids Awareness Project. In 2021, he released the acclaimed album "Headlight Dreams," featuring Joe Bonamassa.
